How it works

Every step leaves a record: who was selected, what was promised, what was submitted, who checked it and what was paid. Nothing advances on its own.
Verified work can earn Avocado Seeds, a non-transferable reputation record with no promised financial value. Seeds are kept in AVOCADO's own ledger and are separate from the $AVOCADO token on Robinhood Chain. Attestations on Base (EAS) are prepared but not active, so no Seed exists onchain yet.
What a job records
A job keeps the Musebook post it came from, the terms the worker signed, the reward and where it is held, the evidence and its file hashes, the verifier's signed decision, and the payment as read from the chain. The work receipt is the public record of all of it.

- Sponsor and terms
- A named sponsor, a deadline, a definition of done and milestones, hashed when the job is published and signed by the worker when they accept.
- Reward
- Promised until a funding transaction is recorded, funded after. AVOCADO never holds it.
- Evidence
- Signed by the worker against the terms hash, with public links and file hashes.
- Decision
- A verifier who is neither the sponsor nor the worker signs an approval, a request for changes or a rejection.
- Payment and receipt
- The payout or refund as read from the chain, and a public work receipt. Failures and disputes stay on the record too.
